We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a busy retail store. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and empowering customer connections.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in visual merchandising, stock management, and team training and development. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in operational tasks, including managing high stock volumes and collaborating on ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to create memorable and empowering customer connections
- Assist in the training and development of team members to achieve store budgets and KPIs
- Manage high stock volumes, including processing deliveries
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks
