Job Opportunity: SAP S/4HANA Payroll Finance Analyst
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA payroll finance analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in corporate finance or treasury contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the design, build, and deployment of SAP Activate methodology with a focus on process, data migration, integration, and service delivery.
* Engage with stakeholders across finance, treasury, and IT functions in complex, matrixed organisations.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of core finance processes including general ledger (GL), actuals, planning, and budgeting cycles.
* Develop strong capability in benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives through process change to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
* Work collaboratively with key client stakeholders/representatives and internal IT support and operational personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience supporting change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in corporate finance or treasury contexts.
* Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and management, particularly across finance, treasury, and IT functions in complex, matrixed organisations.
* Solid understanding of core finance processes including general ledger (GL), actuals, planning, and budgeting cycles.
* Exposure to or knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC – desirable but not essential.
