About The Role
This is a full-time executive Sales Manager position responsible for daily revenue execution.
Translate Director vision into daily KPI alignment
Lead sales reps in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
Oversee recruitment and first-round interviews
Drive CRM reporting, forecasting and pipeline visibility
Report directly to the Director with data-backed insights
You are the operational bridge between strategy and revenue.
What You'll Do (The Execution)
Operational Command: You own the daily implementation of our sales strategy. You'll align team KPIs with the Director's long-term vision, ensuring that "big ideas" become "banked revenue."
The Talent Gatekeeper: You are the first line of defense in our recruitment. You identify the killers, vet them through a rigorous first-round interview process, and pass only the absolute elite to the Director for final sign-off.
Data Architecture: You will live in the CRM & Data points. You'll use HubSpot to diagnose performance gaps, report on granular metrics, and implement structural improvements to the sales process that make our team faster and more efficient.
Performance & People Leadership: You'll manage the high-pressure environment of high-ticket sales while maintaining genuine interpersonal relationships. You understand that when you grow the people, the people grow the numbers.
Resource Optimisation: You'll constantly identify where we need more support, better systems, or fresh leads, reporting directly back to the Director with data-backed solutions.

Relational Leader: You can hold a rep's feet to the fire on their KPIs while simultaneously being the mentor they don't want to let down.
