We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to elevate GOTAFE's online presence and inspire the next generation of students. In this pivotal role, you'll shape and deliver impactful digital campaigns across social media, web, SEO, and email - driving brand visibility, engagement, and student enrolment. With your creative and data savvy approach, you'll lead key projects, optimise the user experience, and guide a talented team and external partners to deliver innovative, student-focused marketing that makes a measurable difference.

As the successful candidate you will have:
* Experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, content creation, and data analysis, with a proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and website management, with the ability to enhance engagement and drive student attraction.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee budget considerations.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management, building effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
* Analytical skills to interpret digital marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Experience leading a small team in delivering marketing campaigns, focusing on mentoring and professional development.
* A relevant tertiary qualification.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
* A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
* A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
* A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
