The role will see you managing a clean portfolio of between 60-120 properties, previously handled by the same Property Manager for 14+ years, who is now retiring. You'll be working closely with one other Property Manager in the office, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 properties
* End-to-end property management
* Conduct routine inspections
* Manage ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Ensure smooth day-to-day portfolio management
Requirements
* Current Real Estate Licence
* Previous property management experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong computer skills
* Professional presentation
* Driver's licence required
