We currently have an opportunity available for a capable and experienced labourer for work with a road works asphalting team based at Russell Vale.
Commencing ASAP, this role will involve working NIGHT SHIFT, for a period of approximately 3-4 months initially, with potential of further work available, depending on satisfactory performance and operational needs.
An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered.
Applicants must hold a current white card and driver licence (MR licence preferred, but not essential).
Previous experience working with asphalting would be a distinct advantage. Experience operating plant such as rollers would also be advantageous.
Successful Applicants will need;
* Current WHS White Card
* Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain prior to start of work (online link able to be provided for successful applicant)
* Current driver licence - with MR licence or above an advantage
* good all round fitness for manual work tasks
* previous experience with road construction or asphalting will be highly regarded
Applicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work, and be a genuine team player.
