Got skills in concrete construction? We're looking for experienced Formwork Carpenters who know how to build it right, build it tough, and work hard with steady hours on solid projects. Whether you're laying out footings, setting forms for walls, or stripping panels after a pour, if you know your way around a site and have a strong work ethic, you'll fit right in.
The Work
* Set up and strip formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, columns, etc.
* Work with wood, steel, or form systems
* Help with Steel fixing and pour concrete
* Keep a clean, safe site and back up your team
What You Bring
* Solid formwork, carpentry, or general construction experience
* Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and working around concrete
* A reliable, consistent work ethic, you turn up, put in the effort, and finish what you start
* Good situational awareness and commitment to site safety
* Ability to follow instructions and also take initiative when the team needs it
* A practical mindset: problem-solver, hands-on, and not afraid of hard work
* Team-first attitude, you communicate well, help others, and keep the site running smoothly
* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual labour
* Willingness to learn new systems, improve your skills, and grow with the crew
