As a Mechanical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of technicians on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and repair of mechanical plant, utilizing knowledge of HVAC theory, pipe fitting, mechanical layouts, and control systems.
* Supporting day-to-day operations for breakdowns and contract servicing.
* Operational supervision and support for a team of apprentices and HVAC technicians.
* Contract management and associated deliverables.
* Quoting and small project management.
* System diagnostics of HVAC systems.
* Motivate the team to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* 5+ years related experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Relevant QLD license.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer focus.
