You'll play a critical leadership role managing the people, systems, and processes that keep ATCO's national modular manufacturing operations efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.Working closely with the Manufacturing and Procurement teams across Luscombe and Rocklea, you'll ensure administrative, scheduling, and procurement processes align seamlessly with production targets and company objectives.This is a high-impact leadership position for a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
You'll take ownership of reporting, cost control, supplier coordination, and process improvement initiatives — all while leveraging Oracle systems to streamline data accuracy, drive efficiency, and strengthen business performance.What You'll DoLead and support the manufacturing admin, procurement, and stores teams.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.Manage scheduling, supplier coordination, and long-lead procurement to meet deadlines.Handle variations, cost control, and stock accuracy.Run weekly production and resource meetings to keep teams aligned.Maintain accurate Oracle data for reporting, scheduling, and procurement.Oversee monthly WIP, reconciliations, accruals, and audit prep.Work with Procurement to ensure purchasing meets budgets and timelines.Streamline processes through continuous improvement and data insights.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety.What You'll BringStrong leadership experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.Solid background in procurement, cost control, and admin management.Commercially minded with strong reporting and budgeting skills.Confident using Oracle or similar ERP systems for scheduling and procurement.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management.Clear, professional communicator who builds strong working relationships.Relevant qualifications in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar — or equivalent industry experience.Why Join ATCO?
