Senior Recruitment Consultant (Speciality) – Chandler Macleod Staffing Chandler Macleod, part of the global RGF network, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll lead and support Consultants and Coordinators while driving growth and delivering best-practice recruitment solutions in your specialist sector.
What You'll Do :
Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities.
Source, screen, and present high-calibre candidates to meet client needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs to offers.
Negotiate packages and provide market advice to clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with WHS and company standards.
What We're Looking For :
Experience in recruitment or direct sales in a target-driven environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.
