About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to help drive growth and success, assisting sales teams in presenting the value proposition and benefits of our solution to prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Whatfix product portfolio and competitive landscape.
* Study existing deployments across industries like Insurance, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, and communicate use cases and results to new prospects.
* Partner with Account Executives during discovery calls and prepare/deliver presentations and product demonstrations explaining Whatfix products to prospects and customers.
* Evaluate feature input and customer requirements to convey to Product Management teams.
* Collaborate with Sales Executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
* Communicate effectively with customers across teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales).
Qualifications and Skills
* 8+ years of technical pre-sales/sales engineering/solutions consulting experience.
* Ability to study existing deployments across industries and communicate use cases and results to new prospects.
* Experience as a solutions consultant at an application software company catering to industries relevant to Whatfix: Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
* Consultative selling experience; listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally.
