Job Description
We are embarking on a significant digital transformation, shifting from traditional file storage to a modern cloud-first collaboration platform using Microsoft 365.
* Support the design and rollout of our migration from on-premises file servers to Microsoft 365.
* Create and configure SharePoint Online site collections, hubs, and structures, implementing metadata-driven design for searchability and governance.
* Implement modern information architecture: metadata, taxonomy, retention, lifecycle management, and automation.
* Support the implementation of security, compliance, and DLP settings across Microsoft 365, including Purview.
* Develop automated workflows with Power Automate and related tools to reduce manual processes and increase productivity.
* Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to align design with real-world usage, ensuring adoption and usability.
* Provide hands-on troubleshooting and scripting (PowerShell) to automate, optimize, and support the environment.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Expertise in SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 tools.
* Strong understanding of metadata-driven design, taxonomy, and information architecture.
* Ability to develop and implement automated workflows.
