About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Concierge/Porter to join our team welcoming guests to RACV Royal Pines Resort. You will be the face of the resort, utilising your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.

In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet, actively providing high-standard luxury service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. You will be motivated, hardworking, and have a "can do attitude". Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and greeting guests entering the resort
* Assisting guests and large groups at check-in/out
* Monitoring and managing traffic flow on the resort entrance driveway
* Arranging bookings, transport, restaurant reservations, and delivering messages
* Transporting and storing guest luggage and belongings, lifting heavy items
* Delivering items to guest rooms
* Providing information on resort facilities, restaurants, services, and local Gold Coast events, attractions, and dining options
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of resort entrance and public areas
* Driving golf carts on the property
* Collaborating with front office and other departments
Full availability and flexibility are required to work a weekly rotating roster between 7am-11pm, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (e.g., 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm).
What you'll need to be successful
* Previous hotel porter/concierge experience in 4-5 star hotels or resorts
* High standard of professional customer service with clear communication skills
* Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
* Knowledge of the hotel/resort industry, Gold Coast region, local events, attractions, and dining
* Active listening and strong interpersonal skills for problem-solving
* Computer skills in MS Office and PMS Opera (highly desirable)
* Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a diverse team
* Excellent grooming and personal presentation
