The successful applicant will be delivering Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills.EssentialApplicants must or be willing to possess:A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including TAELLN114 & TAEDES502 units.Highly DesirableApplicants should also possess or be willing to gain: A Certificate in Community Services & or Business, at least to Level IIA recognised undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration.Current working knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.Proven ability to develop, design and implement individual learning programs and assessment strategies and materials.Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills; andCurrent Working with Children check, National Police Clearance and driver's licence.ApplicationsApplications should:Please complete the required Pre Employment Health Declaration / as part of the application processInclude a resume (maximum 2 pages) and cover letter addressing the selection criteria (maximum 3 pages).
