We are looking for a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. You will be responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate supervision.
Join a high-performing, tight-knit 2-person team managing both Parts and Warehouse operations, with opportunities to broaden your knowledge across the entire parts department.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Act as the first contact for customers, addressing their needs and issues promptly
* Parts interpretation and the provision of required parts
* Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner
* Advise on part suitability and talk customers through the best solution for the job
* Carries out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing and processing paperwork and handling check, and credit card transactions
* Support day-to-day operations including stock management, shipping/receiving, inventory tasks, and other parts-related duties as required
