Position Summary
* Support the daily operations of the kitchen and be a key part of a passionate and collaborative culinary team.
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure high‑quality food preparation and service.
* Assist in managing kitchen sections and lead the team in your area during service periods.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation at all times.
* Contribute to the smooth running of daily kitchen operations including prep service and event execution.
* Bring creativity and passion to your role while helping to implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
* Deliver memorable guest experiences by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
* Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards.
About You
* Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery Certification.
* Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen ideally at a Chef de Partie or similar level.
* Passionate about food, teamwork and hospitality.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Eager to learn, grow and take the next step in your culinary career.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a hands‑on approach.
