The opportunity
The Compliance and Governance Officer is responsible for
* Administering CHW's compliance and risk management function and database;
* Maintaining CHW's Policy Framework;
* Reporting regularly on key business functions to senior management
* Monitoring Legislation changes relevant to the business and notify effected areas.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Relevant qualifications and or experience.
* Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management and system administration.
* High level computer competency utilising a range of business applications.
* Demonstrated analytical skills and an ability to re-design, implement and effectively communicate changed business processes that generate efficiencies.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships and rapport with customers and stakeholders.
