We are seeking a Senior Project Architect / Project Lead to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is a varied, senior role involving design development, documentation, and contract administration, with direct involvement across all project stages. We deliberately work on a limited number of projects each year to ensure quality outcomes and meaningful engagement.
You will be supported by the Director while also taking ownership of projects and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
About You
The successful candidate will meet most (or all) of the following:
* Strong experience running projects through construction and on site
* Approximately 10 years' experience in luxury residential and/or multi‐residential architecture
* Advanced Revit proficiency, with a proven track record of detailed, technically resolved documentation (demonstrated in your portfolio)
* Bachelor of Architecture or Registered Architect
* Demonstrated design capability, shown through sketches, built work, and/or concept development
* Strong problem‐solving skills; dependable, motivated, and detail‐focused
* Excellent interpersonal skills — confident liaising with clients, consultants, builders, councils, engineers, and certifiers
* Experience in team leadership or office management viewed favourably
