Specialist Trainer & Assessor, Earthmoving & Civil Construction - 110k + super
MultiSkills Training is a leading registered training organisation (RTO) providing Civil Construction courses and WorkSafe High-Risk Work licences to employees and job seekers in Victoria. We are looking for experienced and professional Construction Earthmoving Trainers and Assessors to join our team. The role is full-time across both Werribee & Moolap campuses, with a roster that can be discussed to suit you. Training may at times be delivered off-campus.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
* Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
* Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
* Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
* Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
* Perform other general duties as required
About You
* Professional educator with fantastic people skills and a proven civil construction & earthmoving background
* A can-do attitude and an upbeat personality
* Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills
We are prepared to support you through a cadetship model and may consider candidates working toward the TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV Training & Assessment. If you are currently working towards your Certificate IV, you could be working as a trainer under supervision.
Requirements
* Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
* Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
* Australian resident
* Must hold valid Australian Driver's Licence
