About the Role 
We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and motivated Receptionist / Property Management Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office while supporting our busy property management team. 
This role offers a balance of front-of-house reception duties and behind-the-scenes administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be client-focused, and have a proactive attitude that contributes to our supportive team culture. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents with a qualified and welcoming demeanour 
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, providing accurate information on listings and services 
- Maintain a tidy and professional office environment, including reception and meeting areas 
- Handle keys, bookings, and office systems, ensuring accurate records and security protocols 
- Support the property management team with lease preparation, tenant communications, and compliance paperwork 
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance requests with trades 
- Maintain databases and assist with CRM updates (Rex & PropertyMe experience highly regarded) 
- Provide general administration support to the property management team 
About You 
- Current Driver’s Licence required 
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration required 
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or real estate/property management roles required (2 years required) 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
- Tech-savvy with CRM/data management (Rex & PropertyMe experience desired) 
- Professional presentation and a personable, client-focused approach 
- Confident managing a busy workload and adapting to different tasks
