About The Role
The position offers an exciting opportunity for a Multidisciplinary Mental Health Clinician to work within a community mental health team, with a focus on adult clients. The role involves partnering with support services and carers to provide comprehensive, multiservice care to consumers with complex needs.
Bathurst Community Mental Health comprises a multidisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists, supported by senior clinicians. The role involves acute care, clinical management, assessments, therapeutic interventions, and opportunities to develop skills in areas such as acute assessment, critical thinking, rapport building, and therapies like DBT, CBT-e, SSCM, and EMDR.
Staff have access to regular clinical supervision, multidisciplinary case reviews, and wellness activities to promote staff wellbeing.
