About the Position
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Environmental Health service area.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of Environmental Health services through a wide range of administrative, coordination and customer service activities.
Key responsibilities include the preparation of reports, agendas, register correspondence and customer requests for the officers and promotional materials, as well as providing administrative assistance for health promotion initiatives such as the FoodSafe Program.
The role is also responsible for maintaining Environmental Health Services inventory and stationery supplies, processing health applications, purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring registers and licensing information are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
This is a permanent part-time vacancy working 30.4 hours fortnight.
About You
You are an experienced and motivated administration professional with a proven background in providing high-quality administrative support.
Experience in a similar role is essential, and knowledge of Environmental Health legislation will be highly regarded.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
You are comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, and you take pride in your strong work ethic, organisation and time-management skills.
