**The role includes**:
- Managing a team of HR professionals partnering with the business to ensure positive and constructive people management
- Provide technical expertise to the team and departmental stakeholders to build capability in leadership and people management outcomes
- Support and coach leaders and employees to deliver great outcomes, everyday.
You will also work closely with other teams including Organisational Culture in implementing key goals and activities for the OIR Strategy and workforce plan.
