As part of their continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region, an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Specialist – End of Lease to join their high-performing Operations team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will play a critical role in managing B2B client contracts and technology assets throughout their lifecycle, with a particular focus on end‐of‐lease activities.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers (B2B), ensuring a seamless experience as contracts mature, assets are returned or refreshed, and financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
This position combines customer service, contract administration, asset lifecycle management and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‐solving and working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client leasing and technology asset contracts throughout their lifecycle (B2B)
* Coordinate end‐of‐lease activities including contract reviews, asset returns and communications
* Respond to enquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service at every interaction
* Manage workflow queues and case management activities within agreed service levels
* Support invoicing activities relating to end‐of‐lease transactions, credits and refunds
* Maintain accurate records across CRM and operational systems
* Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations and key customer stakeholders
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and escalations
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards
About You
You are a customer‐focused operations professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‐quality work.
* 2+ years' experience in operations, financial services, banking, leasing, commercial services or customer support
* Experience managing workflow queues, customer requests and CRM systems
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across various systems and stakeholders
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Highly Regarded
* Experience within leasing, asset finance, fleet management or technology lifecycle services
* Exposure to financial transaction processing
* Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP) experience is a bonus
* Understanding of technology assets and equipment management
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
