The Company:
This Mid-Tier Survey company specialises in land and development consulting. They are currently looking to hire another Cadastral Surveyor to join their Cadastral team - someone interested in becoming endorsed.
This position is there for an ambitious, dynamic Surveyor looking to get the best out of their career and set themselves up for the future.
The Position:
Reporting to the National Survey Manager, the role of a Cadastral Surveyor is primarily responsible for undertaking complete cadastral & topographic surveys in and around Brisbane and Queensland. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Checking and maintaining all legal requirements relating to cadastral surveys for each project.
Ensuring work is carried out within the client's guidelines and agreed timeframes.
Adhering to the Company's safety processes and procedures.
Occasional regional travel may be required.
The Person:
Relevant Qualifications - Degree or Advanced Diploma of Surveying
Previous experience working on subdivisions, detail surveys, idents, small construction projects.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of legislation, systems, procedures and technology
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Previous experience in supervising projects and staff
An excellent eye for detail and attention to accuracy
Effective time management and planning
