To be successful you must have the following:
Proficiency in 12d is essential
Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil design
Land development experience highly regarded
Infrastructure design experience also considered (roads, drainage, transport, water)
Solid technical accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaborative mindset
Relevant engineering or drafting qualification
