Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
* Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpreting assessment findings to formulate individualised treatment goals
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Advising on environmental adaptations for home, school, work, and residential settings
* Recommending Assistive Technology to support client independence
About You
The company is looking for:
* Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist
* Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility upon degree completion
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
* Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
