About this role
This generalist position involves supporting team members and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* Collaborate with employees and leaders to address challenges, support career development, and enhance engagement and retention.
* Provide operational advice on personnel matters including performance management and employee relations.
* Support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations, and engagement surveys.
* Contribute to projects related to culture, inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and workplace health and safety.
* Assist with reporting and data analysis.
* Lead Talent Acquisition activities by running recruitment processes and facilitating assessment centres.
About you
A background in human resources or psychology would be an asset for this role.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
Foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices processes is required.
