Based in Maddington WA. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office during the hours of 09:00 and 14:30.
Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers, including welcoming and assisting visitors.
* Answer the phone calls, redirect calls and take messages when required.
* Emailing, copying/scanning, & cloud-based filing.
* Monitoring stock levels and order PPE, office supplies and other consumables.
* Provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
* Support onboarding, inductions, and general HR administration.
* Maintain accurate documents, records, and filing systems.
* Assist with payroll related tasks when necessary.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy office area at all times.
* Various other administration tasks as required.
What you will need to succeed
* Microsoft Office experience essential (Word, Excel & Outlook) and MYOB preferred.
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Proven competence & efficiency in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Great time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and be self motivated.
* Hold a current Australian driver licence and a car.
