Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the founder of a fast-scaling, premium fitness company operating across multiple markets.
This is not a traditional EA role. It’s for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, discreet, and proactive someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and acts as a true right hand.
THE ROLE
As EA to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s day to day operations, allowing them to stay focused on strategy, growth, and leadership.
You will be deeply trusted, across business and personal logistics, and play a critical role in keeping the business moving forward smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* CEO Support
o End-to-end diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
o Prioritising meetings, travel, and commitments
o Acting as a gatekeeper - filtering, triaging, and protecting the CEO’s time
* Operations & Coordination
o Preparing agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups
o Coordinating internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders
o Tracking actions and ensuring accountability across teams
* Travel & Logistics
o Managing domestic and international travel itineraries with travel agent
o Coordinating accommodation, transfers, visas, and schedules
o Supporting major events, summits, and offsites
* Confidentiality & Trust
o Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
o Acting as a calm, reliable presence in high-pressure situations
* Ad Hoc & Personal Support
o Supporting personal admin where required (family logistics, appointments, key dates)
o Being flexible and solutions-focused as priorities shift

* Available outside standard hours when required
* Experience supporting a senior executive or founder is essential.
* Experience in fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or high-growth brands is highly regarded.
