* Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
* Ensure professionalism during arrival and departure
* Accurately record and pass on messages
* Ensure Guest Experience is a priority on all occasions
* Delivering Bags to guest rooms
* Correctly tag bags to correct guests rooms and information
* Greeting guests upon arrival
* Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills and Experiences:
* Project a professional image at all times
* A 'quick thinker' with excellent communications and problem-solving skills
* A good team player, assists others without being asked
* Manage time effectively and productively
* Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Hold a current and valid driver's license
