Technical - what you can do: Deliver advanced treatments: chemical peels, LED, microdermabrasion, skin needling, IPL, Ultraformer MPT, and customised clinical facials Skin analysis and consultation: reading skin conditions, contraindications, Fitzpatrick typing, and designing personalised treatment plans Prescribe cosmeceutical homecare and educate clients confidently with genuine expertise Clinical documentation: accurate treatment notes, before/after photography, client records Understanding performance targets and contributing to them through authentic client care - not sales tactics Behavioural - how you operate: Know your clients: their history, their goals, their names. Build relationships that last and keep them coming back Communication: clear, proactive, and respectful - with clients and teammates, especially when plans change or challenges arise Presentation: a polished, professional appearance and manner that reflects the premium standard of the clinic, every day Take part in in-clinic training and pursue continued self-directed education Contribute to team culture, support colleagues, and play an active role in the clinic's growthWHAT YOU BRING Bachelor of Dermal Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies / Aesthetics), Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science, or Diploma of Beauty Therapy with equivalent advanced skin experience Minimum 3 years experience in advanced beauty therapy, or 2 years as a qualified dermal therapist QLD Laser Licence and Laser Safety Certificate Solid hands-on experience with advanced modalities - IPL, RF microneedling, HIFU, or Ultraformer Strong skin knowledge: conditions, protocols, cosmeceuticals, and contraindications Confident consultation skills - you can assess skin, ask the right questions, and build a realistic treatment plan A natural ability to build client rapport: warm, professional, and the kind of person clients trust and return to A polished, professional presentation consistent with a premium clinic environment Comfort working with KPIs, retail targets, and a results-driven practice - approached through education, not pressure Experience taking clinical before/after photos and in-treatment documentationHOW TO APPLY Send your resume and a short note - not a formal cover letter.
