Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver – Berrimah
About the role
As part of the HVAC team in Berrimah, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, and perform other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Undertake pick, packing and stock control activities.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
* Provide customer service and information about products.
* Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
* Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
Qualifications and skills
* Previous experience in warehousing, retail sales or customer service, with a passion for helping customers both in person and over the phone.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate information.
* Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career, locally or within the wider network.
