Role Description
This opportunity is for a Telemarketing Operator in a hybrid role, with remote work. Responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and communicating SHORTA Skills' value proposition effectively.
You will engage in customer relationship management, and support the team in identifying potential leads to grow our network.

Qualifications
* Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Contact, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Ability to conduct effective Communication and Client Prospecting with prospective customers.
* Experience or interest in Sales and building client relationships is an asset.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage calls and record client information accurately.
* Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, hybrid environment with a passion for connecting people and businesses.
