Role Description

This opportunity is for a Telemarketing Operator in a hybrid role, with remote work. Responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and communicating SHORTA Skills' value proposition effectively.

You will engage in customer relationship management, and support the team in identifying potential leads to grow our network.

* Demonstrated passion for supporting migrants and international talent to build a new life and career in Australia, with an understanding of the challenges they face in employment and settlement.
* Genuine desire to help Australian businesses access the skilled workers they need to grow, and belief in the benefits of diverse, inclusive workplaces for performance and innovation.
* Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with the maturity to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Qualifications

* Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Contact, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Ability to conduct effective Communication and Client Prospecting with prospective customers.
* Experience or interest in Sales and building client relationships is an asset.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage calls and record client information accurately.
* Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, hybrid environment with a passion for connecting people and businesses.
