We are seeking a Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Dubbo / Wellington.
Flexibility is essential as hours may involve early mornings, afternoons and Saturdays.
Shifts:
* Monday 1:45pm - 6/6:15pm
* Wednesday 7:45am - 12pm Dubbo
* Wednesday 1:45pm - 6/6:15pm Wellington
* Friday 7:45am - 12pm Dubbo
* Friday 1:45pm - 6/6:15pm Wellington
* On call / sick coverage

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients in person and over the phone.
* Scheduling and managing appointments.
* Handling payments and managing patient files.
* Supporting the chiropractor and coordinating with off-site teams.
* Maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
