Job Title: Executive Chef Manager
The Chef de Partie, or station chef, is a key position in any commercial kitchen. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team as the right hand to our Head Chef. In this role you will be responsible for managing shifts, mentoring junior staff and maintaining the highest standards of food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen operations during service periods;
* Supervise preparation and cooking of menu items to ensure presentation meets our high standards;
