This is an excellent opportunity to join the world’s largest bulk export port authority, managing ports such as Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, and Varanus Island, along with five future port sites. The role involves overseeing industrial and employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational capability including training and development, and people and capability services.
The People and Capability Manager will develop a thorough understanding of the systems used for recruitment, payroll, and training, ensuring operational continuity during absences, vacancies, or workload fluctuations.
