Connect Staffing Group is currently seeking experienced FIFO Chefs for casual and ongoing roles across various mine sites throughout regional Western Australia.
With multiple rosters available, including 2:1 and 7:1 swings, this is a great opportunity for chefs who thrive in fast-paced, remote environments and enjoy the FIFO lifestyle.

About the Role
As a FIFO Chef, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Preparing and cooking high-volume, bulk meals
* Adhering to all organisational policies and site procedures
* Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Accurately recording food temperature documentation
* Completing incident reports as required
* Working both autonomously and within a team environment
* Undertaking additional duties as directed by site management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous FIFO or remote site experience (essential)
* Australian Trade Certificate / Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months) (essential)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen (essential)
* Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Plans
* Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts
* Capacity to work in remote environments and extreme weather conditions
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* Availability to FIFO from Perth, WA
