In this role you will be responsible to work closely with the non-government sector, to provide support and assistance to Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) service providers through the provision of information, advice, and resources enabling to deliver a quality service to older people and their carers to continue living independently in the community. In addition, this role will be required to develop and promote collaborative partnerships across the sector development network in the region.
Your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, project delivery and knowledge of the community services sector will be essential to fulfill the expectations of the role.
The program is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). The position is grant funded up until 30 June 2024, with the possibility of extension until June 2025, subject to continuation of the funding. It is a requirement of the funding body that the successful applicant will undergo a Criminal Record Check.
