About the Role
This role will
commence in January ****
and involves frequent travel to remote sites across Australia.
Reporting to the SAED Program Manager, you'll oversee the construction of wireless infrastructure across remote sites, managing a small team of Supervisors and subcontractors. You'll be responsible for program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and commercial performance including variation claims.
Key Responsibilities
Lead construction activities across remote and regional sites
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Drive commercial outcomes and proactively manage variations
We welcome applicants based in Queensland or New South Wales, ideally located within close proximity to a major airport to support regular travel requirements.
About You
Proven experience managing remote construction projects (essential)
Civil or telecommunications background (Nbn fixed wireless experience highly regarded)
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering (preferred)
