**About the Role**

This includes elevating our Group Legal culture, providing you a large opportunity to contribute to the overarching frameworks and be paramount in supporting our transformation into a digital bank.
Sitting within the Group Legal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a current register of BOQ Group Power of Attorneys (POA's) and issuing appointment letters for new POA's, removing attorneys who have left the business. This will see you assist with document preparation, formatting and printing as required, such as consolidating monthly external legal spend reports, further delivering a simple reporting snapshot on spend across panel firms to Group Legal leadership. This role will also incorporate the process of invoicing to law firms, where you will be accountable of ensuring invoices are paid promptly and reimbursements, where appropriate, are sought and paid.

**About you**
You will be a collaborative people and outcome focussed professional who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. You will have a willingness and commitment to adapt and learn, having solid communication skills on a verbal and written level to articulate information efficiently and partner with team members.
Having experience in an administration role or similar, preferably across the legal landscape, you will ideally have budgeting and invoicing experience. You will also have strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite, such as Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
