Responsibilities
* Drive growth by expanding market share and securing new projects with national scope and a focus on Queensland.
* Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, identify opportunities, and position solutions to deliver results.
* Balance office-based work with travel to ensure meaningful engagement across your territory.
* Provide clear pipeline visibility and informed decision-making through strong organisational skills.
* Develop new business and strengthen existing accounts with a proactive approach and commercial mindset.

What do you need?
Must have:
* 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record
* Proven ability to win new business and take a structured approach to sales pipeline management
* Hunger for results, adaptability, and resilience
* Technical aptitude to understand engineered solutions
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, disciplined, and confident using CRM tools
* Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Willingness to travel
Desired:
* Experience selling to energy and power infrastructure sectors.
* Knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, and engineered solutions.
