Platypus Shoes seeks an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Mandurah.
This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a passionate team, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing team, driving sales and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of casuals to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure efficient stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
* Closely monitor and manage wage costs, adhering to company rostering standards and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and meeting KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Operational excellence, with experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
