Your Role Will Include:
* Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
* Supporting participants across settings—home, school, clinic, telehealth and the broader community.
* Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
* Delivering evidence‐based interventions that improve quality of life.
* Collaborating with a supportive multi‐disciplinary team.
* Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
* Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Post‐graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A proactive, growth‐oriented mindset.
* A fun, team‐first approach to work.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
