Heidelberg Materials are currently recruiting for a Quarry Supervisor to join the team at Mt Barker Quarry in WA's Great Southern Region.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this full-time role will be multi-faceted, responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.
In your new role, you will be:
* Supervising day‑to‑day quarry production and making operational decisions that drive site performance.
* Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
* Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
This role is a great fit for you, if you:
* Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement
* Supervisory experience in the aggregates industry will be highly regarded
