**Details**:

- **Up to $1500 inc Super per day**
- **ASAP - 12 - month contract**
- **Macquarie Park, Sydney - WFH 2 days per week**
- **Market leader in Telecommunications**
- **Managing the development, execution, performance of sales including marketing, & go-to-market programs, as well as vendor & contract management.**

**Your Role**:
As the Value Proposition Specialist, you will serve as the liaison between the Enterprise channel's sales team and the product team to drive the creation of customer value propositions for current and future products across the product portfolios while representing the voice of the customer and sales within the Enterprise leadership team.

**Your Duties and Background**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting data analysis and market research to identify and define customer segments based on demographics, needs, and preferences.
- Based on the above analyses, you will develop value propositions for each sub-segment, tailored to vertical-specific propositions, to win new customers and increase tenure for existing customers.
- Drive, develop, and own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process from new product introduction to retiring existing products.
- Provide support to program workshops, actively participating in discussions around design and implementation tasks.
- Ensure the timely delivery of key GTM initiatives with channels and marketing, including the rollout of industry-specific and business lifecycle value propositions.
- You will be responsible for owning the definition, delivery, and achievement of financial and volume targets by sub-segment.

**Your Desirable Criteria**
- 10 to 15 years professional experience.
- Telecommunications industry experience - this is essential to the role. With experience leading direct reports and virtual teams.
- Experience developing and delivering product/services and/or business strategies targeting businesses and enterprises.
- Proven track record in developing sales, marketing, and base management programs.
- Possess strong analytical skills, including strategic analysis and the ability to extract insights from disparate sources of data.
