Based at our Kalgoorlie branch, you'll be the trusted partner for customers across the Goldfields region, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

What You'll Do
* Be the go-to contact for our customers, building trust and long-term partnerships
* Identify decision-makers and influencers to uncover new equipment hire opportunities
* Promote and increase awareness of Coates' full range of equipment hire solutions
* Develop and execute tailored customer strategies, working with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and consistent growth

* Experience building relationships and influencing at various site and office levels
* Proven discipline in developing, maintaining, and executing account plans
* Good business judgment, taking ownership of proposal follow up and results
* Ability to coordinate and lead account activity across various locations in the Goldfields
