For over 70 years, we have been trusted to deliver market-leading returns and to provide financial solutions that turn dreams into reality.The OpportunityAs part of La Trobe Financial's Residential Real Estate Credit division, you will be responsible for assessing residential and investment loans within your delegated lending authority.This includes reviewing applicants' credit and financial information to determine their creditworthiness and ability to meet financial obligations.
You will assess various elements of applications such as financial position, loan structure, security acceptability, and adherence to responsible lending guidelines.
