We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join a dynamic school in Northampton for an immediate start. Key responsibilities
* Support and manage student behaviour across the school.
* Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
* Implement behaviour strategies and interventions.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Requirements
* Experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service (willingness to apply).
