Senior Marketing Coordinator
The opportunity
As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, Clients and Industry Marketing you'll be a part of the EY Oceania Brand, Marketing and Communications team supporting key strategic industry and sector programs for the firm.
This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
Adopting an agile working approach, you will be charged with working on marketing campaigns that create customer lifecycle journeys, maximise engagement, and generate value for our clients.
What we look for
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills;
- An excellent project coordinator, communicator, and collaborator across teams and stakeholders.
- Someone who has a curious-minded, proactive, able to provide first-class CX, can be led but can also lead at times, is motivated, and willing to roll up their sleeves during peak periods.
- A team player who enjoys delivering multi-channel marketing programs and events through exceptional client service and have 3+ years' marketing experience, then this role may be for you.
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management and implementation.
- Strong writing skills, content development, and marketing communication abilities.
- Prior experience in B2B digital marketing settings.
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools, including Co-pilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to successfully navigate complex competing priorities.
